Dier should be fighting for a centre back spot in my opinion, not in midfield though too one-dimensional.

For me in this system it should be a midfield 3 of Delph, Henderson and one of Alli/Lingard/Loftus-Cheek.

With Sterling and Kane playing up front, Raheem having the freedom to roam a little bit.
