Isn't there something in international football (rule? Etiquette?) that when there's a clash of colours, the home side changes? Remember Euro '96,the semi final against Germany. England played in that hideous grey kit.

I think it's trying to flog the kit.

Although last WC there was a rule FIFA made about distinctive opposition colours to look good in 4K on a Sony TV or whoever was a sponsor that year.
