95% of yank cases are settled before court , it is not a criminal case , she has forced him to settle therefore admitting he is in the wrong and he has had to give her probably several million to her charity , he knew he had no leg to stand on at a trial
but what does it say to the others wanting her to fight to the end for justice
this fight was not just for her but the many others that never get the media backing or have money to fight the system.

What I can't understand is that she seemed absolutely adamant she would take it to court and that no money offer in any settlement would stop her. I understand with negotiations that you go for a high ask first, whilst always secretly knowing what lower ask is acceptable (and not going below) but I can't understand why she didn't take it to court.
Was she warned by her advisers that her "grooming" of other girls was a really weak point in her case and that it might have been used by the defence?

I don't see it as simple as her selling out. I suspect that there was enormous establishment pressure placed on her to take the deal. There's a fair chance they have something on her that will now remain a secret as part of the settlement.she has sold out and its why the system is fucked ? many woman was hoping she would take it all the way and hoped to be a leading light in the fight. but sadly its now she is seen as a money grabber that does not care about anybody but herself ?

She would have been subjected to a vicious cross examination, there is credible evidence that she recruited other young girls into this network. That I think was her weak spot on this, Andrew would have been destroyed under cross examination but she would not have got out unscathed.

There have been lots of versions of her story over the years and it appears that there is no original version of the photo of Andrew with his arm around her waist at Maxwells London house so maybe her legal team weren’t overly confident of winning the court case.
It’s the only logical reason I can see for her settling for a payment to her charity.
i can 100% say her charity is paying her a wage ? and she will also get a VERY BIG pay off with a gagging order

That is not what they are saying ,the lawyer for five of epsteins victims have tweeted out great praise of her just now , you are not getting this at allbut what does it say to the others wanting her to fight to the end for justice

This is not true. Forcing abuse victims to get other people involved is a very common technique in grooming rings and Epstein had been using it for decades. None of the girls who did it have gotten in trouble because everyone recognises it's part of the abuse.
