They purposely target girls from poor backgrounds who are runaways ect, the ones who aren't they make the girls and parents believe the trip is to help further their careers by meeting people in their field through his contacts.

I'm sure they feel sick every single day knowing their children were abused, that is a life long punishment I don't think they need anything else.
