It will be up to him to work exceptionally hard to reach that level. I would love for him to stay at City because I hate to see him achieving such a level at another club. In the second half of the season, Garcia and Foden should play many minutes against the top teams. They have to learn by making mistakes, and fans should be patient. Actually who cares because the league is already gone. If they improve enough, the two should become starters next season, at least I hope.
