Good points although maybe Pep now rates Eric more than Stones and Otta. Neither of which would mean Eric is the real deal but let’s hope he keeps improving and ends up proving himself to be a really good partner to Laporte.

Pep Guardiola has confirmed Eric Garcia suffered concussion against Arsenal, and will need one week to 10 days off - he will NOT be available for Burnley [H] on Monday.

"We saw him yesterday after the game, he had a little bit of damage ot his face. He slept in the hospital, he feels quite good after what happened with Eddy and we are happy he is back."
 
He looks an inch taller. Best not to start the height debate again though probably.
 
It pains me that we persisted with Stones and Otamendi for so long this season when we had this lad ready to go the whole time.
