If after September 1st we don’t have Kane in our squad, all the people maniacally defending Kane in every thread will change their tunes and will start arguing the project has to be Haaland next summer. Until then Kane is everything we have ever needed and a God etc... I get it. Let’s wait and see.

One of the takes that gets thrown around here a lot is that Kane, who is 28, is a more complete player than Haaland, who just turned 21. Is that supposed to mean anything? A player who’s 21 should already be complete?

But even then, who would people bet scores a goal against PSG in a Champions League final first, Haaland or Kane? Haaland all day.

I don’t think that many people prefers Kane over Haaland. Seems to me that most people want Haaland. Although Kane is the better player at the moment and more complete I think it’s much closer than a lot of people believe. Kane wasn’t half the player of what Haaland is at 21. With Pep only having 2 years left on his contract it’s understandable he wants Kane, but I think we could be missing out on a future balon d’or winner here

Sorry there’s only so much cliches I can take in one day and they’re off the charts already.

I’m watching this Dortmund game in a Brazilian open tv channel (the one everyone can see anywhere as opposed to cable). They have the option to show one Bundesliga game per round and chose this one, not Bayern. The reason is Haaland. For the poster who asked what a superstar is. It’s someone people tune in to watch. Like Messi, Neymar, Ronaldo, Mbappe. Haaland is already on that bracket. He is fun and literally spectacular. A team that wants to dominate Europe has to be a team that everyone around the world wants to watch play.

They probably can’t afford both him and Mbappe and they’ll probably choose Mbappe first.

If he escapes injuries, we should be looking at another record breaking season from Haaland, even though Dortmund is weaker this season than last. This performance I’m watching right now is A+++.

i mean of course, if we can't get kane this summer then he wouldn't be worth to pursue anymore next summer because levy wouldn't change his price and he'll only be 1 years older. but so what? i am sorry, i'd still rather have harry kane. I don't change my mind because haaland had a great game against some bundesliga team.
