Sounds like one last roll of the dice to keep people clicking, to me.

the deadline from Dortmund is just a precursor to them leaking it in the next week or 2

Not sure why everyone jumping all over this. It could just as easily mean he knows Bayern met the financial demands, Haaland just hasn’t chosen them
Absalutely correct, Bayern & Barca are fuming about this transfer make no bones Haaland has turned these 2 giants down oh & UTD also

Now the injured Haaland is being spread like butter it's fucking comical

If he does choose us, it will because the sporting project and not this bullshit news about making him a highest earner, breaking wage structure etc. Makes no mistake he will be paid handsomely but still within a reason that our club is willing to accomodate.

It means our club is able to convince him to join us, rejecting offer from the more "prestigious" and "historic" club that can afford even more signing bonus and wages than our.

They absolutely can and be able to even more offer than our club, they just can't handle the reality that one of best young talent on the planet is willing to join us regardless the club stature and how much they can offer to him.

The release clause has a deadline the CEO is referring to. Once that deadline passes the release clause is gone

Not really what he said, although thats one interpretation.

He has been saying he has set a deasline since january, for them to plan their business early. My understanding of what he says about the deadline is just that, they want to know that haaland won't stay, so they can plan ahead. Not that the clause itself has a deadline. Which would make little sense being in April anyway, before their season ends.
