There is nothing to agree with BVB.
City will definitely want to come to some kind of arrangement with Dortmund that spreads the cost probably meaning we pay a good chunk more than his release. There's also the issue of wanting to keep in their good books, they've been one of the best at nurturing world class talent over recent past, it's not unlikely we will be looking to do business with them again in the near future, Bellingham for example should be high on our list imo so good relations is a must.
