It's not, Haaland transfer to City should be treated as surprise an exception to norm because not many player is able to reject them.

It's not, i rather our club is still able to fight for getting the best talent in the world despite the circumstances.

Right now our club is still behind in term of overall allure compare to two spanish giants but over the time 20 years in future i can see us eclipse them both eventually if we still able to maintain our dominance.
