Sky Sports will have a house style that tells their staff writers to put the juicy info in the main headline and the additional extra information in the sub-header, preferably without repetition.

So "Haaland agrees to Man City transfer" comes first, then followed by "Striker's agent has informed Dortmund that Haaland will leave the club; City chief Ferrano Soriano has been in contact with Dortmund's manager".

It's just basic journalistic practise.
