Why would Mino be upset about that? He made his 15% on the transfer to Barcelona and then he made another 15% when Zlatan went to Milan a year later and then 15% again 2 years later when he went to PSG.

Away from the money they made, Pep exposed Ibrahimovic as a child and a player that was surplus to requirements at the very best teams. They've both held a grudge ever since and never missed a chance to flap their gums.
Meanwhile, Pep doesn't give them any notice and that seems to wind them up further. Same thing happened with Seluk. The guy burst a few blood vessels trying to get a rise out of Pep.

But he didn't just say that, he also threw in a dig about him on a personal level. A pretty vague one too, considering he "doesn't shut up for anybody."
Mino has a ridiculous amount of power, knows it and, as a result, he can afford to say practically whatever he wants.

Don't think it's anything too negative. He doesn't like Pep on a personal level and vice-versa, that much has been obvious for awhile. But sounds like he isn't opposed to selling players to Pep because Pep's "a great trainer".
