Surely our problem is that our specialist forwards are not scoring pro rata to chances they get. Pep decides a false 9 because of this.

If Haaland stays another year and triggers his release clause we will be in a similar situation next year but it will be all about wages. Nearly all the top clubs would be willing to pay the release fee so it would come down to who will stump up the most wages. I don't think that would be us, just like I don't think we will stump up north of a 100 million this year.
