Erling Haaland

With Real Madrid and Barca broke and in transitional periods, now is the time for us to get who we want, strikers of his ability are rarer than unicorn shit. We should do a deal with Dortmund even if we let him stay another year there, we still may extend Sergio one more year to play with his mate for a year. Add Haaland and Messi to our squad and by fuck watch us go....
Looks like Barca are broke and Madrid want mbappe so your right now could be the ideal time.
Would be a great signing as he is a born goalscorer

Not sure how the Sancho sell on figure helps if EH has a release clause.
If the release figure is 60m then that's what BD get.
EH buys himself out at 60m and negotiates his extra value through signing on fees and salary etc (agent fees)with the new club. BD does not come into it. All major clubs can meet the 60m.
The bidding will be directly with EH about his package. The Sancho situation is therefore not an advantage.
It only becomes an advantage if BD decide to cash in now, before the release clause. Not likely to happen. But even if BD did want to, EH would lose out so would refuse anyway. In the summer, all the eggs are in his own basket.

Ah but the rumour is that the clause isn’t activated until 2022. Which means that if we go in in the summer and offer a good deal to them it will help our chances of getting him. Clubs will still be hit by the pandemic so money is gonna be in short supply.

Because they have to pay us 15% of any deal they make for Sancho. Negotiate the 15% out of the deal and give us EH on the low end of the offer, they might have a release clause, but that's only the figure where the player can force the move. If the rags want Sancho, then Dortmund will get the full transfer fee ?

I am not sure that's the way it works. He buys himself out that figure is my understanding. Hence he benefits from any additional value.

'A buy-out clause provides a player with a right to “buy” himself out of a contract with a Football Club and become a free agent without having a just cause to do so. It is not obligatory to include such a clause into a contract and what is more important, it is permitted under FIFA Regulations and most national laws.25 Aug 2020'

I’m sure there will be a few clubs conjuring up the 100 plus million required to sign him regardless of the pandemic

As someone with an ASD, I’m curious if he’s on the autism spectrum too. I know it’s of no great relevance but the way in which he responds in interviews suggest he might be.

Come on here excited to read the Haaland rumours and you’re talking about his face across several pages. Let’s hope he’s not reading this thread eh? Talk about low level and shite discourse.

Exactly, who gives a shit how he looks!? As long as he scores tons of goals and improves us then I don’t care if they look like a warthog. Haaland just looks like a normal lad to me anyway.
