Not sure why, Ragnick wasnt director for Salzburg when Haaland moved in 2018. He was managing Leipzig, he left the Director of Football role in 2015.

but still easy headline like the klopp thing.

To precis that - "made up bollox to sell papers" - agreed?

If he signs on for another year like german journos are saying then I think that spells bad news and the rumors of him waiting for Madrid to sign him are likely true.

What german journos are claiming that?

All I've seen is he's off to utd lately. Obviously, when he is is off ho utd, he is described as the 64m striker.

When he is linked with us, he is the 1m a week man with demands.

Give me years of them alllll please... unstaoppable.

Not the right thread, but I can't imagine Guardiola will leave next year just as youngsters brought up under him are finally getting into the team and if we get him a striker like Haaland. He is half way though building a team in his own image as good as peak Barcelona here, without the politicking that is, well, Barcelona. Why on earth would he want to leave?

If we get him we will lose a bit of control of games but we will have a world class striker.
I don’t agree with this at all. The notion false 9/no striker provides more control is a myth. You just look at how Pep’s Bayern with Lewandowski behaved
