This thread is a shambles. Don’t we have mods? Go to the wider football discussion forum or go have it out in DMs. Got to wade through pages upon pages of shit to find anything on Haaland.
Every now and then you say this, but many English journalists (including ones that people take seriously here) have mentioned him as a top target for us. Including yesterday btwThere has never been anything on Haaland, really. Probably the closest to half meaningful speculation was april last year, when he walked around the badge.
You'd be crazy to think Haaland leaves this January. No way. This Dortmund game is downright unwatchable. What an awful team tactically. The Bundesliga stops after this game and only returns on January 8th. Let’s hope it’s his final game there
Hertha Berlin just scored their second goal lol
This has been discussed here a lot. He has nothing else to do there. They will easily qualify for the UCL or without him and are already out of the UCL. Maybe Dortmund hasn’t given indications of being open to it for some extra cash, but it wouldn’t shock me at allYou'd be crazy to think Haaland leaves this January. No way.
He could win the CL THIS season if he joins us in January. You'd be crazy to think Haaland leaves this January. No way.
Isn't he club tied to Dortmund for the Champions League? He could win the CL THIS season if he joins us in January.
No he isn’t club tiedIsn't he club tied to Dortmund for the Champions League?
Besides that, I'm pretty sure all indications point to him staying there, so I don't see it happening.
Think some people need a bit of realism here.
If you watched the way the game played out, you would understand the stats. He definitely didn’t play well, but the way the team was today, there was no way out. Even the goals Dortmund did score are proof of thatNo shots on target. 32 touches. 14 accurate passes(66%). 11 times possession lost.
I'm not denying he's a good player but making him one of the highest earners at the club would just madness, imo. More times than not I'm just so underwhelmed after his games. I feel like Gundo has been one of the big exceptions to the rule of buying attackers from the Bundesliga. Look at Havertz, Timo, Pulisic on Chelsea alone.
I've said before that I think there's better options for us out there for FAR less.

Again, any player needs to adapt to any new team. Even if we signed Lewandowski who has played with Pep for years, he would still need to adapt. The same way Grealish came in as our second highest earner and is still adapting. It’s not disastrous despite what the media and some fans say. Any world class player after a period of adaptation settles in and we have a manager that makes every player eventually work. Has Pep ever signed a top player for us and made him not work?!There also need to adapt like almost city signing under Pep, will he adapt quickly to City scheme or he will struggle that leads him to not score as much as we hoping for?
Imagine if he need to adapt to this team for atleast one year while being the biggest earner and most expensive signing we ever made?
Or worse he is incompatible for this City team, it will be disastrous and there's always chance this kind of thing is happen.
Really, why? Who told you?Absolute no chance he is moving in January.
Looked lazy and uninterested to me however I accept we all have bad gamesIf you watched the way the game played out, you would understand the stats. He definitely didn’t play well, but the way the team was today, there was no way out. Even the goals Dortmund did score are proof of that
The stars are aligned for January. He needs the move, Dortmund get extra cash, City get a top drawer goal poacher and his agent/dad get to earn 5% on their 20 million apiece for 5 bonus months.Absolute no chance he is moving in January.
The Brazilian commentary said this throughout, saying he looked like a player on his way out lolLooked lazy and uninterested to me however I accept we all have bad games
Some weirdos here are salivating to post every stupid and meaningless stat as soon as he has a bad match. As if none of our players have their bad game in them. You're embarrassingNo shots on target. 32 touches. 14 accurate passes(66%). 11 times possession lost.
