Is this the same Barcelona who.

Have to offload players.
Can't register players.
Have just got a loan to pay for torres.
Won't start paying for torres until July.

I somehow don't believe this latest article but somehow it suggests that Barca have around 200-250m to spend on Haaland, his wages and agent fees.

January is going to be fun isn't it.

Most reports saying Haaland to Barca,but they're eyeing Morata in case Haaland doesn't happen........Morata it is then.

why manchester city are doing a favour to them and lapota after all the shit spreading they did in uefa FFP case

Marca today has an article up that is very transparent. Regardless of it being true or not, the Spanish media will run the story of the Haaland transfer being Barcelona vs Madrid. It’s too juicy a story, too many clicks and viewers to be gained. They start on January 1st with that fiction: “Haaland tells tourist he wants to play in Spain”. January 2nd: “Deal with Madrid”. January 4th: “Deal with Barcelona”. And they will keep doing it until the truth settles in.

we should not sell out to barcelona or munich they hate us and will shit on us every chance they get

we should put BIG buyout clauses on all the city players ? torres and barcelona got a £1billion buyout straight away
that sort of takes everybody from stealing him for peanuts

Nobody stole him. We agreed to sell him. We would still have done that if he'd had a billion pound release clause.

He was a crock off the back of an ACL, he goes for 100m+ if he doesnt get injured in the community shield.

As for buy out clauses, they are completely meaningless in the UK. Its law in Spain.

Back to Haaland, can't help but feel we are wary of him signing a big contract here and then he will go on a free in 5yrs. Free transfers are going to be the new norm for superstars like Mbappe etc.

they knew city had no other choice because a unhappy player is worthless to the manager
the agent knows every bit of the deal he was on at manchester city and is it water tight with a buyout clause

the buyout clause is protection to the club and greedy agents wanting more money
they get players to play the home sick card or they don't like the manchester weather ?

then make it law in england ? because all its doing is letting the european clubs cherry picking the best players
if haaland is happy if he comes to manchester city he will not leave in 5 years for free ? city have the money to keep any player happy its the greedy agent that is the problem

i did hear haaland contract with the pimp Raiola is nearly up and he is thinking of going down the road of doing it himself like KDB

I'm constantly surprised by how many people still don't know this, but this is how pretty much every transfer works and has been for a long time. Contact with the player/agent is almost always made before contact with the club, to gauge interest, and players almost always agree on personal terms long before the two clubs have agreed a fee. City do the exact same thing as do all professional clubs. If that's 'tapping up', everyone is guilty.
