Been discussed numerous times in the last few days. Shouldn't affect the deal.

This deal has been worked on for months and pretty much everything was done. Raiola had been seriously ill for some time so it would of been dealt by his team of laywers. The fee we were going to pay Raiola will probably go to his family now.

The deal will not collapse because he passed away

I suppose it's the difference between a deal being done & a deal being announced.

TBH, if I were City I'd want the deal done ASAP, but nothing announced until the season was over so as not to cause additional distractions that we can do without.

We're fighting for the Premier League title & for a place in the Champions League final, neither of which are anywhere near assured. Why would we want even more of a circus around us than we have now?

We need to focus on the matters at hand & when they're all concluded, the end of season shenanigans can begin. That's the feeling I get from the club.

Isn't it he case that due to they way Dortmund is owned they are obliged to disclose any agreement to sell a player? if that is the case and the deadline for the buyout was on Saturday then today may be the first day that they could make an announcement
