There isnt any need to bring in any new players in the near future imo, there is no area that needs urgent attention.

Mancini may think otherwise though, he wanted to bring in more players before the deadline until we put a holt on anymore spending. Midfielders like De Rossi and Gago are clearly players he would want to bring in.

For me though the only area that may need looking at would be a long term replacement for Lescott, even though arguably he has started the season better than Kompany - i just get the feeling he is more of a stop gap that even the likes of Kolo could sneak in to replace.

Off the top of my head there isnt anyone who is available that would be a major step up though.

Dos Santos didn't even impress against PAOK for Spurs, he seems incompatible with English football but looks great almost anywhere else!
