Money is not so much an issue to Chelsea .. so it would have to be an amazing offer and package to get him here .. So yeah around the £40-50 Mil mark .. But as someone said all is not well behind the scenes .. maybe alot feel they have got as far as they can with Chelsea .. I don't think he is an untouchable though .. as they played most of the season without him and did ok ..

No way, he is a driving player, yes he wins the ball superbly but he is also an excellent powerful, imposing attacking player. Playing him as a DM is too restrictive, he is a box to box player. Much more than a DM - gets too many goals, for one thing.
