The concourse on the 3rd tier shuld be pretty big judging by that photo.

One criticism I have of South Stand Level 2 are the small exits. It's difficult to leave the concourse at the final whistle.

Level 2 of the South Stan holds about 2,500. The South Stand T3 is going to hold more than twice that. I am sure this has been thought about

Don't forget the big section is simply for plant, the 3 levels below are for 3rd tier, 2nd tier, 1st tier. There will be a bit of give but don't expect much more than East and West Stands currently.
