For the east and west stand to match (if we use the new stand as a proxy) we could be looking at an increase of 9000 on each side which would take the stadium to just below 80,000 in total

Sure there's definitely more than 28 rows at the biggest point of the CB and ES third tiers.

The new tiers look bigger than 39 rows as well. According to the planner the bigger blocks go from row A-SS, which perhaps indicates 45 rows.

Here's my estimate on the final capacity without the corporate booths added to the equation

Current capacity: 47400
Front 3 rows: 1342
ES extension: 150
CB Extension: 150
SS Third Tier: 5988
Final Capacity: 55030

I didn't realise that the front 3 rows only cover 3 stands, missing out the Colin Bell side.

So when the NS is completed we're looking at

Current capacity: 47400
Front 3 rows: 1342
ES extension: 300
CB Extension: 300
SS Third Tier: 5988
NS Third Tier: 5988
Final Capacity: 61318

I've double checked block 305 it's 29 rows and around 789 seats. It's surprising how little the third tier actual holds a bit of an optical illusion
