The nice thing about that design is when they go bust, they can just put some loading bay doors in and turn it into a Sainsburys distribution centre.

Building that will be like painting the fourth bridge. They'll put in a new layer of bricks and they'll be nicked by the time you come into work the following morning!

I think we are seeing signs of that already at lots of clubs (including City). There's a price point somewhere, and we might be approaching it.
The middle classes will bore of it eventually, it's still a bit of a novelty 'going to a match' so far.
