When a new stadium is built you have to have a couple of "dry runs" with the stadium 3/4 full. That's the law and it happened at COMS.

Does anyone know if that applies to a new stand/tier? I'd assume not.

Rumour of a couple of home pre-season matches. Might be the dry run.

They changed the planning order last April so they can work from 7am to 11pm externally but can work 24 hrs internally. I know this from bitter experience living on Ashton New Road
