Not sure if mentioned, cba looking tbf, noticed new etihad logo up on the new south stand when I drove past today.

Think education is what I understand . However education establishments tend drag out their decision making

I was thinking about the campus when at Wembely. Its the clear the redevelopment has improved the area and resulted in a lot of construction some of which is still going on. So seems like we could be waiting for a very long time. There seems to be no planning going on there hopefully we will have a plan and build it rather than let people build what they want on different parcels of land. The stadium facilities are not as nice as ours the toilets are poor but it would be nice to have such big food, drink, and concourse areas and 90 000 fans

Rather than painting an Etihad logo on the roof, it would be appreciated if a little more time had been spent making the new South Stand roof waterproof. During Saturday's game the floor around me was soaking due to a constant drip from above. Pretty poor job given that we are two-thirds of the way back in level two and were still getting pissed wet through!!!

Not really a gripe, more a result of the success of "the venue", since it opened for the Commonwealth Games in 2002 but does anyone else think that the spirals are starting to show signs of wear?

In places the top surface seems to have worn off with the aggregate showing. I'm thinking it might benefit from a new top surface in the next couple of years before ruts start to appear!

With 8 concerts, football and rugby internationals plus of course all our home games something approaching 2 million people will have used the stadium, by the Summer, in the 12 months since SS3 was added. We're probably looking at something like 15 million people in total for all events since 2002. It's anything but the Emptyhad!

Think you are wrong there mate. The spirals originally had a flat shiny floor but during trials for the games everyone was slipping so they scabbald the surface to make it less slippy.

This is so poor. The stand cost an absolute fortune and a water-tight roof is the very minimum to be expected. I'm sure you've reported it to the club and even if you haven't, they must have it on the defects list for rectification by the contractor.
