Been told there is quite a significant issue with regard to power capacity for the site and upgrades required which may impact upon any works to the North Stand. No start date imminent.
There's plenty of local expertise in electricity abstraction to call upon!

Pikey's?

Yes
For some unknown reason Sheff Wed didn't take the first two rows in the 2nd tier. It was taped off. Understandable if it was City below, but it wasn't

usually is for away fans to stop them trying to get over excited and fall over... also to make it more difficult to aim at people if they lob anything

That is why I asked. Couldn't tell from the north stand but noticed when it showed the scoreboard on motd. I'm front row in the north stand and don't fancy being shifted when/if they extend the north.

Does this mean the North Stand is DEFINITELY being upgraded? Thought it was yet to be confirmed.
Yeah the plan was always to start it after the South Stand, just start date was tbc...

No decision on the North Stand as yet, planning permission in place but no more than that
