I said October because one or two on here were having kittens. It probably will be ready for August.

If it were to be a few weeks late what would be the consequences? Which bits wouldnt be ready? Would it be just the top tier that wouldnt be open? Would the club have sold tickets for the top tier and where would those fans be relocated?

If the crane is still in place inside the stadium it might cause an issue or two.

LOL, the Asda sold and the staff know rubbish.

I know 2 senior managers at Asda Eastlands and they have been told numerous times that it won't be sold and ignore the rumours.

I'd agree - its gonna be tight - especially getting the old roof out which can't even start till 25th May at the earliest

How do they decide which order to put the new seats in? If it was me, I'd start in one corner and work out from there, or maybe do one row at a time.

Kept sending me to buy some daft game in the apt store and wouldn't let me do anything else... Just a heads up

Sounds like one of those new mutating viruses that capture your data once you go to a fake app store.

Pretty sure it will be ready on time as season tickets have been sold for the new stand but certainly wouldn't be surprised if the club have requested not to be at home for the first game of the season to allow a few more days to iron out any unforeseen problems encountered...we will see

Any twitter account which posts Etihad pics frequently after each matchday/Non matchdays .. I browse the net daily trying to find latest pics of the development .. Without a doubt this forum and Skyscraper city provide bag full of images , and i was wondering if we have some twitter users/accounts who post updates aswell .

Just flown in from Newquay. Flew around the city centre and East Manchester.

Might have a cracker of the stadium from the air. Won't know until I upload the pictures later on. Shame the pictures are via my camera phone.

Although this site content is mainly fans posting pics of themselves in the stadium on matchdays and other occasions e.g. concerts but some folks do post pics of the stadium and the extension progress. But your best bet is to wait on jrb and others posting here and in skyscrapercity for the best pictures.
