Just been to the stadium for the Supporters club AGM and took these pics. I hope this works from my phone.

A big advance since I was last over, at the Villa game in April;

Christ the new stand looks so impressive. First home game v Chelsea will be huge.
Lets hope the guys give us a win.

These moaners need to give their heads a wobble. I love the fact (whether engineering forced them to or not) that they have created a stand at one end that looks imposing. I would say they are making this more like a football stadium. The designs like the Emirates looks aesthetically great but they are almost 'too' uniform meaning they lack a bit of character. To me the new South stand looks imposing, like one end where all the singers can gather to create an impressive display and it can stand out, but not so outlandish as to not fit in with the rest of the stadium like St James or the Swamp. To be honest I think the whole thing is a triumph. We had a great stadium in the Etihad that were it not for our new owners we would all have been happy with. When it was designed no one even conceived of the monster we would become therefore the design never incorporated expansion. To me that lacked a bit of ambition and forethought but it is what it is. These moaners are ungrateful tw*ts if the truth be told.

I went for a piss and urmmm got a bit lost on the way back if you know what I mean
That's what I attempted but there were some 'officials' at the top of the ramp sadly... good effort on the photos though, shows at least the seating is just about done

It will if we fill it.

But make no mistake blues, City NEED to get through that test / open training session on Wednesday 12th - so I implore all blues to spend that three quid and get those 100 points to make sure that happens - it will be a MASSIVE let down if we fall short and City are forced to withhold some seat sales because they didn't get the safety certificate - the MUEN red pen will have a f*cking field day and run out of ink on the blank spaces if we let the club down - so everyone do the club a favour and get sign up for it and down there on the 12th!

Couldn't agree more.

It would be helpful if the club told us how many tickets they have sold for the training session. You know, people have got better things to do on a Weds evening than watch a glorified kick about, If they are short of numbers i'd certainly make the effort.

They had only sold 2000 up to yesterday morning.

Do they really have to try and make more money out of us so they can get their safety certificate though? I know it's only £3 but still
