When I was up there last Friday morning (7th August) the area where the coaches are right up to the stadium was fenced off and full of building equipment.

They have certainly been very busy since then, it shocked me frankly to see it so clear.

I work for a national housebuilder, whilst we would never sell an incomplete property, many of our rivals have been known to occupy plots without connecting the main services. It happens. It also gets sorted...eventually ;)
It was just funny no one could see anyone inside or hear anyone inside the ticket office till he cleaned the windows

No - and I am pretty certain they can see the pitch - the level of the dugouts has not changed - the "levelling on that side has bee very cleverly done". The extra 3 rows have not happened 2 or 3 blocks either side of the dugout. There are some issues with the seats around the access tunnel that may involve some concrete coming back out as it does not quite work and will take a few weeks more. ps - the pitch is 8cm lower than last year.
Thanks that's if I wondered if they were going in the blocks they hadn't put the seats in

The club have clearly had to rush things to get it all in place and quality has therefore been lost in some of the finishes. I'm sure they'll do their best to rectify any snag items that crop up, they'll want the place to look as good as we would expect it to with the team in place. The academy was fantastic and when all is done, I'm sure the South Stand will be too.

Bring on the North Stand, if only to keep jrb busy!

The Academy was done by Bam Construct, a different contractor Laing O'Rourke did the ground expansion I was told today hence the finnish and time took.. What I did also notice cement stain running down one of the support pillars on stairs i'd love to know who the snag officer is on this job (probably a rag)..

It is clear that the contractors were throwing bits together last night to make sure it was as finished as needed for the test to work, the club has said there is another 6 weeks of finishing works which should get it to the high standard we have come to expect...

Just driven past and they have put posters over the mesh at the stairways. Only down one so far - says 2014 - training academy opens. Looks good.

At the training ground watching one of my kids play. Quality finish.

I quite like the 1 tier expansion that @DiscoSteve mentioned earier. Also think it might add character as opposed to being a symmetrical concrete bowl, but would have to see any plans

Also like the sound of a fan zone underneath, but doubt that would ever happen
