I don't think I've seen so many people outside in Manchester with no one vaping or having a fag
The sun is always shining in Renderland. And all the people are young, healthy, and happy.

It will from the Alan Turing Way. And when any proposal for the Collar site is finally built, bar the masts, you won't be able to see the Etihad Stadium from Alan Turing Way.
They could build a row of terraces houses next to the stadium and you wouldn’t be able to see it from ground level.
Ultimately the venue will enhance the area and won’t take away from the stadium, especially when the North Stand is built.
With the arena and North Stand both completed we’ll see the regeneration of the land at that end which truth be told looks incredibly tatty at the moment.
Looks like that's what our season card price increase is funding. It's a stretch to say it will "dominate" the Etihad, even less so once the North Stand is extended (plus whatever is planned for the E & W stands and the exterior cladding if true).

Don’t forget, the entire bottom tier of the 54k stadium is below ground level. All you see above ground level is about a 30k stadium. It’s just the angles.
A 23k arena isn’t going to dwarf a 54k stadium.

Supposed to be back end of 2023 but will be 2024 now. When is it suppose to be finished by?
£350 million or so, the costs of course have nothing to do with City. How much is the cost to build the arena ?
