Bloody impressive stuff... the interior designs of the receptions looks pretty spectacluar too... look at the ceiling of the Main HQ reception!
One thing though - does anybody know if the factories on the other side of the canal are being CP'd?
The kick out a right stink at times, and i'm sure it won't be good for the players training if it gets carried on the wind... as well as being a fooking eyesore!

You must have missed the bit about a central vacuum system being fitted to the entire complex, with auto sensing rubbish detectors (See Note below). And, there will be multiple platforms built, facing OT, allowing City fans to drop their pants in that direction, and as we all know, the sun shines out of our arse's :D These two developments solve the rubbish and sunshine issue.
Note : Currently the auto sensing litter control has one issue; it can't recognise the difference between a a fresh pile of dog shit and visiting United fans ! causing miscellaneous United fans to be sucked up and sent to the bio re-cycling plant !
