If the posts on here about that being 10% of the total project area (or thereabouts - unsure whether that related to just the beswick project posted last week)...well...we're all in for a ride.

The academy site is going to be only 10% of what city are going to build ?????

Erm, it´s almost 40% of the land we got so just 10% sounds a bit odd..

this, there is quite a lot of room next to the stadium so I'm wondering if they'll put anything there

Not sure if me memorys playin-up but i thought somebody mentioned 6000 trees to be planted ?..and somebody else mentioning the canal terminating into the complex.

Not just me then! Get confused a bit with all the talk of a major attraction when we are also building the new training center, which looks amazing.

Something Gxcity mentioned...possibly refers to the beswick plot only (college etc).

Erm, it´s almost 40% of the land we got so just 10% sounds a bit odd..

But only 10% of the 40% is built on, the rest is grass.

A question for the more informed amongst us in the construction business. Is it standard practice to hire one company for architectural work and another for construction. Why not use one company?
