Maybe so, but I am well fucked off because I thought the Alty to Piccadilly would go straight through to the ground - I will now have to make a change at Piccadilly Gardens.
City ruining Tram journey's since 2013 !!

Does the blue line go straight through towards Bury, or terminate at Piccadilly

I believe the scheduled services will go through to Bury, the matchday football specials will most likely terminate at Piccadilly.

I'm not sure how this is going to work.
I go for a drink in town before the game but expecting loads to try and get on at either the Gardens or the Station would not go near Picc and would get on at Shudehill or Market St.
After surely people will go to the Velopark and by the time its gets to the Stadium
it will be rammed.
Think it will be easier to get back to Town on the Bus.

Just in case anyone wanted a ride on the first EML Metrolink tram in full service. Taken from SSC.

8 minutes from Piccadilly to the Etihad stop. :-)

Monday.

First tram on EML is 5.10am from Piccadilly to Droylsden and 5.50am from Droylsden to Bury.

Piccadilly 0510
New Islington 0513
Holt Town 0515
Eithad Stadium 0518
Velopark 0520
Clayton Hall 0523
Edge Lane 0525
Cemetery Road 0528
and probably Droylsden 0530, but it show first tram leave Droylsden is 0550 mean tram is waiting 20 mins at Droylsden, I wonder if that mistake on pocket side leafet as tram will't wait 20 mins at Droylsden?

Let it show for Friday and Saturday service as follow

Piccadilly 0516
New Islington 0519
Holt Town 0521
Eithad Stadium 0524
Velopark 0526
Clayton hall 0529
Edge Lane 0531
Cemetery Road 0534
And probably 0536 at Droylsden
