Another thing I have noticed is how many more women go to games now compared to 30 or so years ago especially in the less volatile parts of the ground.

Maybe the club should invest in some breast feeding stations and nappy changing facilites. If they really want to make money put in a couple of handbag and shoes shops they will coin it in (looks across room at wifes 40 pairs of shoes and handbags of all shapes sizes and colours FFS)

"...and City's new mega sponsorship deal is with Versace"

Yeh, could happen. But I wouldn't put money on it though.

One of our boxes is a "Harvey Nics" box, where City are concerned anything is possible.

I'd forgotten about that! I wonder if 'Rammyblues' has told his wife about it?

Re: Etihad Campus & potential new stadium

Anyone know if we have officially been given the go ahead to build on the Annaline site now?
There seems to be plenty of movement happening on the remedial work on the site, as I pass it regularly on my way to/from work. Just wondered if, once this has been complete, they'll be able to build on it?

I remember reading somewhere that the club had applied to the council to close two or three roads in the area of the site to enable the whole site to link up better et cetera.
