The stadium will be great when the youth team play in there mini UEFA champs league games there then you can go and watch the first team just across the road

I keep repeating myself but the size of that Central First Team training facility is very impressive. Just that alone puts all the other Premier League training facilities into perspective. Love to have a walk around all that when its finished. Wonder if the Club will include parts of it as part of the Tour agenda?

When has any club built a 7000 thousand stadium for there your team? Very impressive

Can´t remember it been done anywhere but at our place, it will also be where the womans team play I guess. The MCFC offices will be housed in this minihad as well giving us extra space for some profitable whatever at the main stadium.

In most other countries, such as Spain, Germany, Italy, the teams build stadiums for their B-teams, and they use them instead. That's not that different from this tbh, and some of them are a fair bit larger. Barcelona's "Mini Estadi" is a 15,000 seater, for instance.

Latest aerial shots.

Anyone think it's behind schedule? There's only 8 months until it's supposed to be ready.

One of the (end) stands hasn't been started yet.

I'm just guessing here. Nothing concrete(excuse the pun), but something maybe happening on the Collar site?

Noticed black hoardings behind the long term green hoardings today. Also noticed a digger near the white building on the corner.

Just had a look at the aerial picture from the twitter page posted this week.

You can see the black hoardings which are much further along now. You can also see grey portacabins(?) and the digger parked up next to the white building.(still there)

I Like I said, just a guess, but intriguing. I'm on holiday next week, so I'll nip down and take some pictures.

Chatting to one of the PM's on the Campus they feel back on track the start of next season. Asked the same question about the minihad stadium and apparently the footings are in, the steel is ready but they are just waiting on the pitchside work being completed.

When the North Stand was put up it seemed to go up to roof level in the week I was on holiday and not going passed everyday, so would expect the South Stand to go up just as quick especially as there doesn't look like much in the way of facilities going underneath it.
