I watched the 6 and 10 o’clock news and they went through all the sites supporting the nhs...no mention of the Etihad ?

The excel centre ( nightingale) is Abu Dhabi owned.
Doesn’t really matter if the public knows. As long as those with the power do.

Exactly, these people know the truth and are intentionally misleading readers and purposely winding City supporters up. Wasn't Hilda supposed to be Manchester football correspondent when he worked at the Telegraph? When both City and the rags were touring the States he was always with Andy Mitten at the rags games and making excuses that he was unable to cover City games.

The Etihad Stadium was being considered as a venue for a field hospital at one stage, but will still be used extensively by the NHS. Key NHS workers may end up using the club’s gym, while a shuttle service is set to be introduced to bus them to Manchester Central

The Etihad Stadium could be used to store essential items, which would allow medical staff to stock up without having to go to the supermarket. Should the COVID-19 crisis spiral, certain Premier League grounds may be considered to host temporary morgues. [
