IF he doesn’t sign, I don't think it will be embarrassing at all for us. Eto'o will just be seen as a greedy C**t. All the headlines (News now) are showing that the stumbling block is due to his demand for more money from barca.

Totally correct. Its bloody ridiculous that they don't acknowledge all the possible facts - they much prefer the city snubbed line over and over again.

IF, and as you can see its a big if, we have confidentiality agreements in place then Barca have broken them ? surely there must be a penalty to doing this or whats the point ? if its just a case of "we walk away if you break it", then that just gives more power to the other 2 parties to jeapordise any deal any time quite easily. If however whatever penalties are included only kick in if the transfer collapses then maybe we are sitting back saying nothing to give Barca time to rectify the situation.

Of course you're assuming we have these agreements in place in the first instance. I for one hope City will walk away before the piss gets taken big time. We've been mucked about once. Never again imo.
