keep them coming mate

Utter nonsense of the worse kind, she was murdered by a nutter who saw that she spent most of her time campaigning for refugee`s, maybe he thought she should be looking out more for her voters as that was the job she was elected to do, maybe his god told him to do it, maybe the simple truth is he has mental problems.
I`m sure she was a good woman who believed in what she did, but to this guy he saw her actions in another light because he is batshit crazy not because she wanted to stay in the f*cking EU, an trying to make that any kind of point is bollocks.

and you know this how?......you know either Jo Cox or Tommy Mair? You dont think there is any connection with the fact there is a vote this week? ...She stood for the rights of the poor/ in need of help...whether non EU or EU people....Mair was far right..British first.....She was murdered a week before the EU referendum because of what she stood for....She was supporting "stay" and standing up against the hatred over immigration, among many other things....I'm shocked to think you cant see or dont want to see the link between her death and a vote in 3 days time, more so when he was a known member of a far right group......I'm not putting blame or pointing a finger at the "leave" campaign...this was the actions of one man but I do believe (in my opinion) that with all the hate and emotion over immigration because of this vote, it was what she stood for that was attacked.....and yes, I hear people at work talk about this vote and wanting people from the EU out....people voting over immigration without thinking about anything else....this vote has turned into a "us against them" (British against non British) vote whether we like it or not and that just fuels people like Mair to do these terrible things.....imho!

Lets just take things down to brass tacks and Leave is all about immigration the central message is taking back control of our borders. There is no economic/ financial benefit of leaving the EU what so ever this has been proven time and time again there is no doubt leave will make us poorer even leave admit that. To vote leave you are fundamentally racist, xenophobic or both. Its the fear of the brown people whether that's Gove giving you the soft sell with his warnings on the Turks or its Nigel with his blatant Nazi style poster showing us all the invasion of the immigrants. Or the leave propaganda with maps of UK, Iraq and Iran.

It is no surprise that this campaign has split the nation up with the older generation favouring leave and the younger more tolerant voting stay. I accept that there are some exceptions to the general rule of thumb but in general that is the picture of how this is. The sad thing is once all this is over I can see more trouble ahead as more far right groups start to gain more support regardless of the outcome come Thursday.

So i've voted leave and i'm now xenophobic and/or racist?

The irony of using sweeping generalisations and labelling 30million people as rascist and all the same is lost on you....

So Dennis Skinner, Kate Hoey, and the largest Labour donor John Mills are all racists and xenophobes?
Views like this are why the Labour party is losing votes to UKIP, and why a lot of working class voters
are voting out, it's the sickening simplicity and the Stalinist mindset that brooks no dissent, ie; agree with
what I say, and if you don't you're a racist xenophobe.

OK then lets use your logic, the labour party gave rise to the far right by flooding the country with migrants with the sole aim of ensuring future labour voters after betraying its traditional power base.

The Labour party killed one of its own MPs for a political agenda

Lets consider all those labour party Brexiters as you've mentioned and who they are? All of a certain age group up in a certain generation? when things were very different? Like in age when we were less tolerant and were now?

There is one simple message that comes chiming from vote leave and that is immigration, immigration, immigration and that has been there since day one. Whether people want to admit that to that or just pretend its not and lets hide it in the closet its just plain for all to see. By voting leave you are supporting a movement that is fundamentally xenophobic.

That's a fucking shameful post in all sorts of ways.

First and foremost there is an economic argument for leaving the EU. Larry Elliott made a good one in The Guardian just a couple of days ago.

And I think you class yourself as a socialist and there are plenty of political arguments in favour of leave from the left, not least that it's the EU, with its increasingly corporatist agenda and financial austerity, that is fuelling the rise of political extremism.

Think the referendum might just come too soon to overturn leaves early lead on the BM vote, shame they couldn't extend the campaigning for another week or two, there are so many things left to discuss in detail

No there is one simple message that is coming from vote leave and that is immigration and that has been there since day one. Whether people want to admit that or lets just pretend its not and lets hide it in the closet its there for all to see.

Well why don't you debate the subject properly instead of just saying everyone is a rascist?

I would say you are the one who wants to hide the issue in the closet and not face that this subject is an issue to some people. Listen to their views and debate it as opposed to coming across as some kind of self righteous individual and just calling them rascist?

It is the biggest driving factor, I agree, but so what?
Your answer to a massive problem that concerns millions of Britons is to dismiss their concerns and label them racists.
This attitude is what severely pisses off millions of folk, if you don't get this, you're part of the reason why people are driven towards other extremes.

Beckham has announced he is backing remain and will mark the remain box with his Crayola. That's it now decision sorted, I am backing remain.
