I think Poland will make it through this group with Russia.

We wont see any of the host nations past the group stages.

I don't know, the Ukraine could qualify with France ahead of England!

Germany-Spain
Holland - France

in the semis
with Holland or France winning it vs. Spain in the final, my prediction

So you're backing France and Sweden to qualify from group D?

I reckon Poland could still qualify by beating Russia or Czech Republic.

Yep. The Ukraine are too reliant on Shevchenko and the Czech's are still fairly strong. And I haven't seen anything that convinces me with Poland.

that can't happen can it?

why not?

teams from a & b can only meet teams from c & d in the final. we're kept within our own side of the draw until then. so it's italy or spain for england if we get through, then france or the other one from our group in the semis.

Don't know why the Greeks were wasting so much time near the end there, it was 10 v 10 and they were the better side yet were still satisfied with the 1 point.
