It's not a lynching, it's people acknowledging he's doing a few stupid things, which he is. I'm surprised he didn't get booked for the challenge on Casillas to be honest. I think he would have done in the PL. He just needs to take it down a notch and realise that none of the other 21 players on the pitch have punched the pitch or have made 2-3 nonsense challenges.
Hopefully he will have been given the 3rd degree in the break and will come out and score.

The one where he was late and got the back of his legs. In fairness to Casillas he didn't make a meal of it.

Mario got booked for being Mario, there's been plenty of challenges allowed to go (thankfully) that were worse than his.

Italy, De Rossi/Chielini in particular have make some cracking 'full blooded' challenges
