Despite missing that opportunity I think Balotelli has played pretty well.

Balotelli really does have everything to become one of the worlds best. Spotting unfulfilled potential in a footballer is so hard, and even top managers get it wrong, but with Balotelli it's so obvious it's scary.

Just hope he starts to get it right for City!
