Still think Mario didn't do much wrong today. Dallying when through on goal was probably his worst offence, the rest was all a load of fuss over nothing. Shouldn't have been booked, should have had had a pen himself. Di Natale will probably start ahead of him now and you'd have to say maybe for his own sake he's better off out of this tournament. The scrutiny he's put under by the commentators says it all.
You have to feel it's a little ironic that UEFA address certain attitudes society needs to move away from being expressed vocally in the stands, while their more subtle permeation happens at all levels of engagement with the game.
