i never mention a players nationality, and this i found offensive as i am irish. so no double standards from me. so if he mentioned his colour that would be fine as he is black/white/brown etc is that ok ?

Too right. Been to England games and it's nothing like that. If we were in Irelands position here, our 'fans' would be causing shite and being twats. The reason for that is because England think they are better than what they are. The Irish here have shown how its done, fan wise.

My Grandad was Irish so I've always got a soft spot for Ireland. Tbh felt more for them than I would for England if they were in the same position for the reasons you've just given.
