It looks like they will have to play 3 at the back (so Walker and/or James won't be counting as a right back!), not a lot of creativity in the middle, and loads of forwards.
Wingbacks it is then, until they meet a decent side who stop them getting forward (like Belgium and Croatia in the 2nd half did in the World Cup). Still win the group and get the 2nd team from France/Germany/Portugal; come second in the group (to Croatia, maybe) they get probably Poland/Sweden.
Pretty much can't play a possession game, so they'll have to attack and try to set a record for number of crosses tried.
