I lived not far from there for about 5 years or so. Lovely part of the world.

If you fancy a fairly quiet beach, Traeth Cymyran is pretty good. There is a parking area in the dunes to the North end of the beach. You can also watch the jets flying out of RAF Valley if you are lucky.

Cheers, not an area of the UK I'd normally go to, one of the lads goes regularly (got mates rates in a Chalet), knows the area etc

It's pretty easy for Southgate - just check the badge on the shirt, see if it's some kind of mythological bird and, hey presto, yer in!

Henderson hasn't got the kind of creativity nor defensive game that can prosper on the bigger stage when he hasn't got VAR and Liver-bird-livered refs to give the usual leg up. And as for TAA, it's obvious to the partially-sighted that he can't defend.
