The news I read is that UEFA were trying to stop any political comments or advertising at all grounds they are associated with

That's because none of the Home Nations will be there and other Countries fans will avoid London like the plague that it is.
So it's a safe bet that it won't reach those numbers anyway.

Don’t really understand why it’s 60,000, I can’t see how 75% full can be any safer or fans can be distanced than in a full stadium.
Always thought over 50% might as well go capacity.

Depends who’s in it but a fair few resident, say Italians as it sprung to mind first would go, and quite a few neutral would make up numbers.
