I missed the Germany game last night, but I thought they looked very dangerous in their first two games. They lost to an own goal against France, but I thought they dominated it and just couldn't find the finishing touch. In the second game, they were brilliant. Definitely a better team than England and I expect them to dominate possession. The only question is whether England can set up to frustrate them and hit them on the break, which is definitely possible. If Germany beat us, I reckon they reach the final. If we beat them, I reckon we still make hard work of it.
 
How come England are playing all their games at Wembley? Even the 'away' ones?
 
Reading about set pieces etc it wouldn’t actually surprise me if Phil comes in next week.

Southgate trains with both mount and foden taking corners etc so with mount out I imagine he will want Phil’s delivery quality.

So I think Phil will take Mounts place if he doesn’t start, with Saka retained on the right.

I sense that Southgate just doesn’t fancy Grealish and his workrate. Especially against Germany so will trust Phil to follow his instructions more.
