Really interested to read replies on this. I've looked at it a few times but really don't fancy driving in Europe so need to look at other transport options.
Once you're out of the UK the driving is easy as long as you don't travel at start or end of French holidays. You can stop at other camps on the way to break up the journey.
These camps are great for kids and provide clubs and kids couriers to keep them occupied.
Instead of using one of the big firms like eurocamp you can find small independent companies that will be much cheaper. Even better would be contacting an owner direct (static mobile homes).
One tip when driving in France, put a Scots or Irish sticker on the car instead of a GB. Far less cahnce of being pulled by a bent copper.
