It is. I never had it, and just taught myself to kick fairly powerfully with the outside of my right foot so I could effectively cross and shoot with that motion, I can only pass with my left... but I am not a professional footballer getting paid thousands of dollars a minute to play.

I actually scored an outside the boot shot (what he presumably was attempting) last night in my o30 league—it didn’t loop limply to touch for a throw in!
