On a footballing note if we didn't have the acedemy we've got that 22 Yr old CB Rangers had tonight was Kompanyesque and we'll worth a dangling carrot

Watched spurs collect the fa cup in 81, I was 16 and the fa cup was huge at the time and I wanted to see it presented in a sporting way, would I do it now ? No fucking way but I am proud I stayed to cheer the city lads in 81 and still saw the fa cup and still got the last train home C.T.I D :)

Sadly work prevented me being at the replay, but I'd have still f**ked off I'm afraid.

I hung around to watch Wigan lift the cup. Which was like a dagger to my heart. Then got saturated on the walk back up Wembley Way after the game. What a joyous experience that whole day was, what with watching blues fighting blues and others pissed/drugged out of their minds .
 
People also need to remember that it was past midnight over there by the time the game finished, & many had to make it back to the likes of Malaga, Albufeira and the like. As many were staying outside Seville than it.
There's already stories of goys being let down for taxis or transfers meaing they've actually missed there early morning flight home this morning.
